What stays the same whoever you are
- No deposit until a carrier is assigned. We find and verify a truck first, then take payment.
- One quoted price. Tolls, fuel, taxes, loading and door-to-door service are all inside the number.
- Cancel before pickup. Until the vehicle is loaded you can cancel and nothing is charged.
- Every carrier verified. Authority, cargo insurance and FMCSA safety record checked on every dispatch.
Common questions
Does it cost more if my situation is complicated?
Not by itself. Price is driven by distance, vehicle size, trailer type and how flexible your dates are. A complicated situation usually affects scheduling rather than the rate.
What if none of these describe me?
Then call and describe what is happening. These pages cover the situations we see most often, not the only ones we handle.
Can you work around a date that might change?
Yes, and it is worth telling us that up front. A booking made knowing the date may shift is far easier to manage than one rebuilt at short notice.
Is the process different for each of these?
The core process is identical: quote, carrier assigned, pickup inspection, transit, delivery inspection. What changes is the scheduling and how much coordination we absorb.
Do I get the same person throughout?
Yes. One coordinator handles your shipment from quote to delivery, so you are never re-explaining your situation.
