How is billing handled?

Can you handle both open and enclosed on one account?
Yes. Most commercial accounts run open transport by default with enclosed used selectively for high-value units. Both sit under the same account and the same coordinator.
Who do your drivers contact, us or the customer?
Whichever suits the move. For lot-to-lot transfers it is your site contact. For retail delivery it is the buyer, since they hold the keys and the address, and you receive confirmation without relaying messages.
